At Ajwa Creation, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Item received is defective or damaged from factory
  • Wrong item was sent by us
  • Item color is significantly different from what was shown on website

Please note that slight color variations between the website image and actual fabric are natural due to differences in screen display and lighting conditions. Minor color differences are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Exchange

We only offer exchange in case of factory defective or damaged items. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Exchange will be for the same item only

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Shipping Costs on Returns

Shipping costs for returns depend on the situation:

  • If we sent the wrong or defective item — Ajwa Creation will bear the return shipping cost
  • Customer must provide clear proof of wrong or defective item before return shipping is arranged
  • If return is due to any other reason — customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation request must be made within 1 hour of placing the order
  • Cancellation requests must be made during our business hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
    • Friday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • Ajwa Creation reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Ajwa Creation shall not be held liable for any shipment delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video proof of the issue
  • Reason for return or exchange

Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges are only processed after verification of proof provided by customer
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after return is received and verified
  • Ajwa Creation’s decision on all return and exchange requests is final
